Ashtanga Yoga

The practice of yoga asana, or postures, is one of the eight limbs of traditional Ashtanga yoga.

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, is a yoga practice in a continuous flowing sequence with particular focus on the breath, gaze, and bandhas, over time, flexibility, strength, and concentration arises.

The class is open to beginners and the experienced Yoga fan. Come along in loose fitting clothing, no need to bring your own mat to try it out.

Classes are on Sunday lunchtimes (12 – 1:30pm).
