At the No1 Fitness Centre you can take a range of exercise classes to help you keep in shape or lose weight.
We aim to provide classes for every taste and ability whether you want a calm and tranquil yoga class, the fun party atmosphere of Zumba or training exercise like spinning.
All our classes are held by qualified and experienced instructors who will help you every step of the way, but above all we want them to be fun!
