K-1 combines techniques from Karate, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing and other stand up martial arts to work towards a universal martial art.
K-1 looks to incorporate a vast range of martial arts to defeat an opponent using elemental fighting techniques. It uses a simplified version of kickboxing rules in which knees can be used. It is designed to create exciting matches for any audience during competitions and is not for the faint hearted!
If you want to learn a vast range of elemental fighting techniques, either for self defence, competition or exercise, K-1 is a good place to start. At No.1 Fitness, K-1 is taught by Craig Burke, the current British Heavy Weight Muay Thai Champion, K1 and MMA competitor.
Sessions are held on:

Friday – 6pm – 7pm
